Please allow 1 - 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping is free on orders over $15. To know exactly how much your shipping will be, you can use the estimator tool in your cart.

On average, it takes around 6-9 days for your parcel to arrive, as we work with a small team who pack everything by hand.

Around holidays and other occasions, it may take longer. If so, we will keep you informed via email and possibly offer compensation.
Will I receive a tracking code?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe, as our product research team spends time sourcing quality yet affordable products. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can go to the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If this is the case, we ask you to email us as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled, we unfortunately cannot reverse this process.
I have entered an incorrect address.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@american-finds.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
My item arrived damaged.
If for some reason there is damage with your order, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
  Once received, we'll be happy to send out another item free of charge.
I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
